High-line franchised dealership in Northern VA is seeking controller for multi-location, multi-franchised operation. Position reports directly to the President/Owner and General Manager. Responsibilities include partnering with the President and GM and leading a centralized accounting office for financial statement preparation, analysis and reporting; implementing and monitoring internal controls and processes; oversight and monitoring for compliance issues; identifying opportunities for expense reduction and increased profits; oversee month-end process; year-end compilation and reconciliation for CPA firm for tax return.

Requirements: Successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as automotive controller or office manager in a high-volume dealership. Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
