Software Engineer
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications.
They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities:
Full stack development at the OS, platform, and mission unique software layer.
Developing client and server applications and services using service oriented architectures, message bus based data exchange that include first-of-a-kind capabilities.
Applications will span languages and toolsets including C++, Python, Postgres, Ansible, cloud infrastructure provisioning, PKI, and static code analysis execution and finding remediation.
Developer will be expected to be a self-starter capable of making decisions with overall project budget and schedule in mind.

Qualifications:

Years with Bachelors in Software Engineering or closely related discipline (or 12 Years with Masters in Software Engineering or closely related discipline and 10 Years with PhD in Software Engineering or closely related discipline)Experience supporting Agile programs including Agile DevOpsDemonstrated experience in technical problem solving, to include decomposition, root cause analysis, solution development, implementation and monitoringSignificant experience with design, build , and deployment of software productsExperience in producing software architecture documentationExperience with C++, Python requiredExperience leading Development TeamsUS Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI ClearancePreferred:
Experience developing satellite Command and Control and/or Mission Planning and/or Astrodynamics applications for spacecraft missions is highly preferredJavaDocker.
