Responsibilities:
oDesigns, implements, and configures Kibana visualizations oDesigns and configures Elasticsearch instance(s) oDesigns Elasticsearch indices to efficiently store data currently optimizing both performance and the need for growth oCollaborate and work with a diverse group of engineers in developing solutions for ingesting heterogeneous datasets in large volumes oDeploys, configures, tests and troubleshoots Elastic clusters and environments oMaintains and upgrades Elastic clusters and environments Required Skills:
oMust have an active Secret clearance; TS/SCI is preferred oMust be able to obtain DHS Suitability o2
years of directly relevant experience o8
years of overall engineering experience oDemonstrated proficiency with Elastic Stack components, especially Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana oHands on experience with Elastic Stack Version 5.
0 oMust be able to work collaboratively across physical locations Desired Skills:
oExperience with one or more of the following:
Grok, Nodejs, Java, Ruby, and Go oProficient with configuration of Beats including FileBeats, MetricBeats oFamiliarity with Elasticsearch 6.
