This market-leading manufacturer is looking for an experienced service manager with extensive knowledge within evaporative media removal or evaporative cooling to grow a team of engineers focusing on data center application.
This role offers a route to managerial growth through continued expansion.
Work for a fast-expanding OEM that has seen a large amount of sales within data centers and other hyper-growth industries across the states.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead and direct front-line media replacement teams.
Manage and understand collaborative requirements for media change out.
Hire and train incoming support team members.
Availability to be on call for site issues.
Regularly meet with customers to understand internal policies affecting media replacement procedures.
Set and enforce team policies and procedures.
Travel may be required within the United States, up to 10% of the time.
Candidate Specification 2 years' experience in a management position.
Experience working with evaporative cooling or evaporative media removal and installation.
Ability to maintain relationships with clients and remain calm under pressure.
Intermediate working knowledge of MS Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and SAP.
Proficient at understanding Project Management concepts and principles.
