Responsibilities:
o Serve as an Agile Release Train (ART) leader within Agile Scrum teams, overseeing the design, development, integration, and upkeep of sophisticated, cloud-based (AWS, Azure) cybersecurity softwareo Organize and lead Agile-related program and team events (such as PI Planning, Release Governance, Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning), while managing relevant documentation (Backlogs, Decisions, Blockers)o Address and resolve obstacles, ensuring team focus on Program Increment (PI) goalso Escalate issues when necessary, seeking support from and collaborating with other teamso Promote and foster a cooperative team environment through effective leadership and coachingo Aid in the preparation and execution of ART events, guiding teams in their participationo Contribute significantly to the design, testing, and implementation of advanced cybersecurity softwareo Produce and review high-quality technical documentation and support product training initiativeso Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategieso Lead or contribute to trade studies aimed at system capability enhancementsEssential
Qualifications:
o U.SCitizenship requiredo Active Secret clearance with potential to obtain TS/SCI clearanceo Eligibility for DHS Suitabilityo A minimum of 10 years of relevant experienceo At least 6 years of experience in Agile software development projectso Proven leadership capabilities and a track record of successfully managing projectso Proficiency in Lean-Agile principles, metrics, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Thinking, and Lean Six Sigmao Demonstrated ability to empower teams to self-manage and deliver through effective Lean-Agile methodologieso Strong teamwork skills, capable of leading or working independentlyo Familiarity with Agile development environment in a leadership capacityDesirable Skills:
