Job Description This is a temporary, surge support position that requires travel within and external to the United States. Travel will be 100% of the assignment with trips expecting to last 60-90 days and will be to non-hazardous locations. The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating and overseeing completion of activities in all phases of the project cycle of facilities-related construction projects. The candidate must have the ability to review and recommend approval/rejection of shop drawings and submittals, and conduct pre-bid and pre-construction site visits. The successful candidate will posses a Top Secret Clearance and Full Scope Polygraph.
Qualifications
Two year Associates Degree in math, construction management, or science related field and five years of general construction/facilities work experience, or service in the US Armed Forces with an honorable discharge, in a related field such as Seabees, Red Horse, or CE office
Working in a U.S. Embassy or Consulate environment is a plus
Experience with managing the project design and/ or construction effort
Integrate and coordinate the project with field personnel
Ability to inspect construction site for conformance to design specifications and building codes
Knowledge of MAXIMO or other applicable IT systems
Prepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams and stakeholders
Assist in the preparation of Contractor Performance Report (CPR) upon contract closeout
Additional Information Top Secret Clearance and Full Scope Polygraph are required Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
