The selected candidate will possess significant experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating terms and conditions for a wide range of domestic (US) and international commercial agreements with customers and suppliers, including purchase, sale, licensing, reseller, non-disclosure, and agency agreements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
