Senior Counsel - International Solutions
Duties: Will be the lead lawyer for the international business subdivision within IIS, and report directly to the IIS Vice President and General Counsel. Will be a leader capable of positively influencing how the team handles the broad range of complex legal, regulatory, and business issues of that subdivision. As the international subdivision's main source and channel of legal advice, this lawyer will collaborate with other senior leaders in business development, contracts, supply chain, human resources, and other functions. Will also interact with outside counsel and the lawyers of customers and partners. Lead or support negotiations of international contracts. Represent company to customers, partners, and counterparts. Conduct or supervise investigations and litigation, including arbitrations. Lead or support negotiations of commercial transactions, sometimes internationally.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
