The Project Support Associate (PSA) will assist members of the Operations Department in an administrative capacity. He/She will coordinate maintenance for GWSs vehicles and maintains all databases for tracking. He/she assists and coordinates with Project Management, Directors, Payroll, Team Leads, Project Coordinators, and other PSA's on the following issues; Vehicle Maintenance, Trimble Reports, Inventory and Accounting. He/she will work closely with the Accounting Department to ensure tracking and receipts of all expenses are delivered in a timely manner.
Primary Duties and responsibilities (but not limited to):
Coordinate service appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Inspecting fleet vehicles on lot to ensure all vehicles are in a ready to deploy state and meet company expectations.
Shipping & receiving (i.e. prepare UPS packages, shipping labels and track packages.)
Generate and reconcile various accounting spreadsheets relating to vehicle maintenance expenses.
Track history and records of repairs and maintenance to find trends and suggest needed repairs.
Manage spreadsheet to ensure proper control of spare inventory and vehicles.
Update spreadsheets in order to monitor inventory that is assigned to employees in the field.
Assist with the reconciliation and organization of inventory for the entire company.
Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with outside vendors.
Submit daily vehicle maintenance status reports to Supervisor and Team Leads.
Take and handle maintenance calls outside of normal work hours for emergency situations.
Education and experience requirements:
Associates degree in Business Management, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid drivers license with excellent driving history.
Must be able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail, good organization skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexibility in schedule to allow some after hour calls to handle multiple time zones and occasional weekend work.
Excellent oral and written communications.
Minimum of 3 years general office experience.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis of Excel.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
