It is the responsibility of the Accounting Clerk to maintain accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups. She/he will verify financial reports by running performance analysis software program. It is the role of the selected candidate reconsider daily cash deposits, aging reports for accounts receivable and budget updates. In addition, this individual will re-examine/audit day-to-day cash reports from transit stores; leads transit store audits.
