Summary/
Responsibilities:
Selected candidate will support a satellite production contract with multiple support contracts/options. The candidate will be required to work in a team environment as well as independently to analyze data, generate financial reports, resolve problems, and provide guidance, analysis, and opinions of the financial status of the program to the program management office, customer, and internal senior leadership.
The candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and reporting of Earned Value metrics on the program to program management, control account managers, and the customer. Candidate will support Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) activities including establishing and maintaining the PMB within the Cost Management System (CMS), and supporting Baseline Change Requests (BCR) from Program Management and Control Account Managers.
Selected candidate will be responsible for the preparation and submittal of both internal and customer reports including Contract Performance Reports (CPR) formats 1-5, Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Estimate At Complete (EAC), Estimate To Complete (ETC), and internal revenue, cash, and backlog forecasts.
Qualifications:
Top Secret Clearance Required
BS degree in Finance or Accounting - Experience with Earned Value Management
Experience with multiple contract types (CPIF, FPIF)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work adhoc requests on short notice
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data retrieval and pivot tables
PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
